Stefano Fristachi, lead voice and guitarist of the project, formed the band in 2011.
Since then the band has developed and evolved the “Sex Sound” in order to create the 4' and latest album “Ready” 2016.
The band is a 3 piece live collaboration full of vibrance electricity.

My name is Stefano Fristachi…
I have always loved beats, and the Rhythm fascinates me since I was a child.
One day, I was casually strolling down the street and I realized I was hypnotized by the chime of the spike heels of a woman in front of me,
as they struck the ground with every step, that "sexy sound"...
…suddenly I raised my head and I found myself in Barcelona Beach;
I called that dream “Blue Bird”, that meteor that has guided me to this city of Mediterraneo where I am living now, where the band

Interviewer:
So, can you introduce yourselves, tell me little bit about your background and what inspired you to create the band?
Stefano:
“…that cosmic Beat, that marks the time and resounds into the silence…”
I have always loved rhythm and beat since I was a child.
I started playing the drums when I was thirteen years old. Another thing I remember is the sound of the high heels which always caught my attention.
I always knew that as long as I followed the sound of those steps, I would go far. Today, I am still fascinated by that sound, I can’t ignore it. When I hear it my hands start moving and I can’t stop the beat. This tempo is like an infinite set of railway tracks for the imagination to run along. It’s like a primordial beat, an endless chiming; ancestral, cosmic and eternal- a rhythm that overlooks everything.
Everything in life has a rhythm, isn't it?
The day, the night, the seasons, the movement of the solar system and the daily routines…. Every sound, every noise generates a rhythm. Every step we take is a rhythm, every word we pronounce. There is no movement without rhythm.
With this being said, the name of the band aims to value this concept.
You could say that my songs, like the spike heels clicking down the street, fit onto an electro beat.
Interviewer:
OK great, sounds like a really unique concept. Can you tell us a bit more about the lyrics?
Stefano:
Our lyrics talk about love, struggle and life; a poetry that browses between a daily disappointment and the strong human fight to develop and exploit oneself.
We talk about love and anger, life and death, the good and bad that we carry inside of us, and what we come up against every day.
Our reality is made out of this duality...for example when you see a sexy lady on the street wearing her spike heels, you get excited, but almost immediately you are left feeling empty.
Interviewer:
C’est la vie indeed! Am I right in saying you have just finished your third album?
Stefano:
Our third album “Angels & Buffalos” again marks this contrast;
the black and the white sides of the soul.
In this case these two extremes are represented by the candid imagine of an Angel and the darker and sinister tone represented by a Buffalo.
Celestial and terrestrial are elements that all of us carry inside in every instance.
Just like dreams and nightmares. So, the Angel and the Buffalo became symbols of the incomprehensible contractions of the individual and life; which is hard to understand but we just have to accept it.
Interviewer:
How was the creative process for you?
Stefano:
To make the album we close ourselves in the studio for a month, which is not so easy in Barcelona. We tried to brighten up the studio with tropical palm trees, and colorful parrots
!!We had homemade cocktails brought by some lovely girls to keep us going!!
Jokes aside, this was a really hard month for us. It was intense being so fully immersed in the project, we were there working night and day.
I wrote some new songs and we did our best to produce them with an element of continuity with the previews albums, whilst adding some variation of style; from Electro pop we got to a New Electro Funk.
Interviewer:
How would you define the style of your music? Would you say you fitted into a particular genre?
Stefano:
We define our music as ELECTRONIC DREAM POP.
We use the electronic basis…electro dance, electro funk or electro surf…as magic carpets for my songs, Dream Combination.
The Funky mood comes out when we play live together. We try to transmit all of our enthusiasm and emotion into our live performance; it’s so great to see everyone dancing.
Interviewer:
Wow, I’d love to come and see you guys play live some time! How do you organise yourselves?
Stefano:
When we play a live set I am on lead vocals and guitar, Jero on bass, Angelo on drum controller and synh. I write the songs. All of the music has been written and made by ourselves.
Interviewer:
So what is your current situation with regards to management and plans for the future?
Stefano:
At the moment we are independent but we have been collaborating with the Ventilador Music. We are really happy with this recent partnership and we are beginning to develop a mutual respect and understanding of each other.
They are helping us to define our style and sound which will hopefully enable us to break into the major musical circles; this being the main objective of this collaboration.
Our goal for the future is to travel around the world with our music and make as many people dance as possible.
Maybe we will follow some new spike heels down some unknown streets that will give us more inspiration.
